I thought the price was really fair for what you get. The service felt worth it, and I left feeling relaxed and happy with the experience. A friend had recommended it to me, and I can see why. I’d probably go back again.

I went here with a friend mainly to use the spa facilities rather than book a treatment. The hot rooms were alright, but a few areas felt worn down and not as clean as I’d hoped.
The locker area was really cramped, and the showers didn’t have much pressure at all. The towels were also on the small, rough side, and once it got busy, there wasn’t much room to just sit and relax.
For what it cost, I expected the amenities to feel a bit nicer. The staff were perfectly fine, but the whole place just didn’t feel that relaxing. Maybe we caught it on a bad night, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

Well... I went to Juvenex Spa for a massage it was really good. I asked for firm pressure and the therapist definitely listened, because my back felt so much looser afterward. She seemed experienced and knew exactly where the tight spots were.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the last part felt a bit rushed, maybe because they were busy. But overall, it was still a solid massage and I’d go back when I need one.

I went to Juvenex Spa and had a really good experience. The staff was warm and welcoming right from the moment I walked in, which hasn’t always been the case at other spas I’ve been to. Everyone was calm, polite, and seemed to really know what they were doing. They answered my questions without making me feel awkward or rushed, and I felt taken care of the whole time. Compared to a few other places I’ve tried, the service here felt more personal and professional. I’d definitely go back
